Most of our work is long-term, embedded engagement with a small number of partner organisations. The thread through all of it is the same: rebuilding systems to be AI-native — rather than bolting AI tools onto legacy workflows.
That distinction matters. Most AI initiatives fail not because the models are weak, but because they're grafted onto processes that were never designed for them. We start a layer deeper — with the data, the decisions, and the operating model — so the intelligence has something solid to stand on.
